The Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is an Accredited and Approved Health Coach Certification Program by leading organizations in the health and wellness industry. It was founded in 2007 by Dr. William Sears who received his medical degree from St. Louis University along with additional training at Harvard University, the University of Toronto and the National Institute of Health. He has practiced medicine for more than 40 years and has authored more than 45 books. Whichever the imagery that comes to you, ultimately holistic living is a mindset that focuses us back to nature and towards a lifestyle rooted in God’s design for our life. It is a drive to take notice of our surroundings and to problem solve amidst a world that is complicated. Holistic living is not a race. It is not something that happens overnight. But rather it is a way— a way to live. And when you tune into the way God intends for you, then your work is simply to follow.
